IMPORTANT: If you ordered the wrong size of filter, you must cover the shipping and handling charges required to return the article.


Acceptance of an order

The receipt of an order confirmation by email does not automatically mean that Klimfax has accepted the order. It is not a commitment by Klimfax to sell the products listed.

Klimfax reserves the right, without prior notice:

  • to refuse to do business with a client
  • to limit the order quantity of any item in an order
  • to verify any personal or credit card information, if Klimfax deems it necessary

Klimfax is not responsible for lost, detained or damaged packages, incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors made by the carrier. By confirming your order, you are purchasing a shipping service from Canada Post. Any problem or dispute regarding the shipment of your order must be settled between you and Canada Post.

Legal warranties

The legal warranties provided in the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act apply to this sale, especially those regarding hidden defects and the use of sold goods. This warranty does not in any way reduce or void any legal warranty that may be provided by the manufacturer.

Out-of-stock products

An out-of-stock product is a product that is missing to complete an order. It can either be on order, missing, recalled by the manufacturer, or discontinued. If the product is discontinued, you will be notified at a later time.

Klimfax presents all products that can be ordered from suppliers. These products are not necessarily included in Klimfax inventory. In the event that Klimfax must wait for one or more of these out-of-stock products to become available, your order may be held before being shipped.

Klimfax does not in any way guarantee the availability of products offered on the website. At any time before Klimfax receives the out-of-stock product(s), you can cancel your order by contacting Customer Service at 1 855-KLIMFAX.

Klimfax will not, at any time, be liable for any damages you may have suffered due to an out-of-stock item.

Product descriptions

Klimfax and its affiliated companies do everything they can to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on the website. However, Klimfax does not guarantee that product descriptions or any other website content is accurate, complete, up to date or error-free. In the event of an inconsistency between the product and its description, your only remedy is to return it to us in its original condition. The photos on the website are for illustration purposes only.


Product prices are indicated in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added. All orders, whether they are made from Canada or elsewhere, are payable in Canadian dollars. Prices may be modified at any time without notice. Products will be charged at the price applicable at the time the order was placed.


Klimfax calculates the QST (Québec sales tax) and the GST (goods and service tax).


Your purchases must be paid through the website by debit card, Mastercard or Visa. Fees must be paid according to the payment procedure specified during registration. The client agrees to pay the full price and charges related to the product, including taxes. After notifying the client, Klimfax can modify the price of one or more articles in the order. The client is solely responsible for the actual payment of the product purchased. Klimfax is not responsible for payment problems arising from the e-commerce service.

Risk of loss

By making a purchase through klimfax.com, you agree to complete the sale in accordance with a shipping contract. The risk of loss and the property rights related to the goods are therefore transferred to you the moment we transfer the goods to the carrier.


Klimfax uses Canada Post services to deliver your purchases.

Delivery is FREE with any purchase of $75 or more. A fixed rate of $10 applies to orders under $75.


In order to reduce operating costs, all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
All orders made after 11 a.m. will be processed the following business day.
Since we have no inventory on site, you cannot pick up your order in our store.
Most products are in stock and ready to be shipped. Items not in stock are shipped within 7-10 business days of the date your order was processed.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address and we must pay to receive the order, this amount will be deducted from the refund. The buyer will be notified, and if they wish to have their order shipped to them a second time, they will assume the additional shipping costs.

If a package is returned to us because the buyer did not claim it after the attempted delivery, the latter is responsible for the additional shipping and return fees required to send the item out a second time.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on stock availability as well as the location where the order is to be shipped.


You can return a product to Klimfax for exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note.

Returning an item for any reason other than a defect

When returning a product for any reason other than a defect, the buyer must cover the delivery costs and risks related to the return. Returned products that have been damaged or removed from their original packaging will not be accepted.

Returning a defective item

If Klimfax did not send you the product you ordered, we will send you the right product and cover the shipping costs.


Upon receipt of the returned products, Klimfax will credit any product amount that was debited to your credit card, except shipping costs, as quickly as possible on the condition that the products are returned by the buyer and received by Klimfax in the same condition they were in when delivered to the buyer.
